Owners Ian Rasch and Roman Montano have been constructing distinctive residences for over 30 years. We love what we do. We want you to love what we do, too. That’s why we demand and expect the highest level of quality and service from ourselves, our crew, and all of our subcontractors. There is nothing more satisfying for us than satisfying our clients.

As a mid-size company with approximately 20 employees, we have plenty of in-house resources to bring to bear on all our projects. Yet we are small enough to stay immediately involved in everything that we do. We work with a very close family of vendors and subcontractors who share our values, so that every member of the team – from our highly trained site supervisors and carpenters to our plumbers and electricians – are working together to achieve the maximum level of care and performance.
