Owners Ian Rasch and Roman Montano have been constructing distinctive residences for over 30 years. We love what we do. We want you to love what we do, too. WHAT WE DO
We are a full-service general contractor and design-build firm with extensive experience in complex restoration, new construction and fast-track construction projects. We create intricately designed projects that require meticulous attention to detail.
As a mid-size company with approximately 20 employees, we provide valuable in-house planning, design and construction services to assist our clients in executing their projects. We work with a very close family of vendors and subcontractors who share our values, working together to achieve the maximum level of care and performance.
